Its not something you need a program for, you dont download it, and theres no transferring it to something else in order to play. Its looked at in the community as an actual NES game, and its on a cartridge.
Just wrote up to the 3rd boss and will try to get finished with at least the first 6 bosses this week. ROM hacks obviously dont belong since theyre nothing but variations of existing games, but this was a game built from the ground up.
